The Villas at Spanish Court are a collection of eight historic villas located in Minden, Louisiana originally constructed in the 1930s. The property has recently undergone major exterior and interior renovations spearheaded by owner and entrepreneur Sara McDaniel to bring the dwellings back to life. Renovations are fully complete and The Villas are open for short-term vacation rentals.
A comprehensive branding effort took place during renovations to establish a new brandmark and coordinating identity system. I worked with Parish Design Co. as the lead graphic designer.
